End-user Guide to the Customer Portal

Easy guide to how you can get the maximum benefit from using the portal (Latest update: March 2021)

  • Dashboard:
    Displays KPI metrics  & data for jobs you have requested 

  • Customer Tab:
    Customer details, notes and forms logbook  

  • Sites:
    See and manage sites and log jobs against each site

  • Log job:
    Send maintenance request within the portal, provide job description, site, and select appointment time

  • Quotes:
    Receive detailed quotes which you can amend, accept or reject

  • Invoices:Receive invoices and full breakdown within the portal

  • Jobs Tab:
    Search all jobs related to your sites, open or completed  

  • Sites:
    See and manage sites and log jobs against each site

  • Logbook
    View & download any forms completed by the contractor

  • PPM Tab
    View schedule of all upcoming planned maintenance

Jobs logged through the portal, automatically registered at back office where our Service Manager immediately assigns an engineer to your request.

 

You will receive notifications and status updates at each step of the process.

Real-Time Status Updates

 

Avoid making multiple calls or imposing excessive administrative burdens on your team.

Logging a job on our customer portal will immediately initiate Maintenance or Cleaning Job requests.

​

Follow the real-time status of jobs through icons which appear against each job, notifying you of when engineer is en route, on-site and when a job is completed.

​

Access job notes, an engineer’s recommendations, photos & relevant certificates as well as PDF downloadable jobsheets at any time.

Dashboards & Reports

Logging into the portal, you will be presented with a professional dashboard showing you key metrics & data: 

  • total outstanding jobs

  • jobs attended within SLA or
    first-time fix rate

     

Data is presented in an intuitive and easy to follow manner.

You can download detailed reports, view the history of your sites or review asset registers.
